Students in Apex's Combination Welding Technology Program learn gas and electric welding processes, manual and automatic cutting techniques, blueprint reading for metal layout and fabrication; including welding thin through thick metals, exotic metals, pipe welding and tube welding.

Career Program Disclosure Information:
The U.S. Department of Education requires disclosure of certain program-specific information for career-based programs. This information is provided in accordance with federal regulation 34CFR668.6(b) and is current as of July 1, 2011. The job placement rate for the Combination Welding Technology Program, as calculated according to a formula promulgated by Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC), was 72% (Day) and 71% (Evening) at the last reporting period (November 2010). During the 2009-2010 Academic Year (July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010), 69% of the students who graduated from the Combination Welding Technology Program graduated on-time as defined in the Apex Tech catalog.
